NPP condemns NR-RCC for allowing NDC to use the facility for personal gains

The Northern Regional Secretariat of the New Patriotic Party has condemned the Northern Regional Coordinating Council (RCC) for allowing the NDC to use its premises for the vetting of its regional executive aspirants. The NPP wonders if other opposition political parties will be given equal access to the RCC for similar events. In a statement issued to Fiila News yesterday and signed by the Regional Secretary of the New Patriotic Party, Sule Salifu called on President John Mahama to publicly condemn the Northern regional Minister and his deputy for their show of power in the use of the RCC for the vetting of party aspirants.  According to the statement, the NPP is aware that all is not well with the NDC because armed groups within party have been heavily divided and threatening mayhem in the upcoming elections. The NPP therefore called on Civil Society groups and other anti-corruption agencies to investigate the usage of the state property for the NDC personal gains.
